This book is such an easy read and a good reminder for living.

Very often, our actions may not be aligned with what we say is important to us.

For example, if we thrive for harmonious living, then we need to communicate clearly and from a place of love. That is easier said than done especially with the stresses of daily living. Though that is no excuse, we have become growingly distracted, with shorter attention spans and patience for the people around us.
