I started the day on a high. Did some strength training in the gym and had a hearty lunch.

Felt that I was on to a good start to a productive afternoon.

Then the heat from the sun got to me as I sat in my room, figuring out which task I should start with.

Even after a quick small snack and some caffeine, I didn’t feel energetic.

Today felt so much different from my focused, task-rabbit day yesterday.

I began to feel a bit disheartened, then I remembered what Dr. Joe Dispenza (Mr. Energy) said about how our thoughts affect the way we feel.

Instead of feeling disheartened, I thought about how the differences of today allowed me to do some activities that I wouldn’t have been able to the day before.

Reframing the “low energy day” perception, helped to refill my energy tank and then I got straight back into my mindset of “just doing a little daily helps”.

So here I am, fulfilling my personal pact to write something daily.

May you triumph at mastering your energy.

“The only way we can change our lives is to change our energy — to change the electromagnetic field we are constantly broadcasting. In other words, to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and how we feel.”
