Hello, I’m Siyun
I’ve been in the room where it happens.
I’ve worked across corporates, startups, and small businesses. I understand the pressure of a Founder conversation from both sides of the table.
I’m an ICF-certified coach, trained by the Martha Beck Institute, and I bring Human Design into my practice as a tool for understanding how you naturally communicate, decide, and lead under pressure.
I believe communication skills are just techniques. What actually changes things is understanding the inner script running beneath them.
When I’m not working with Founders, I watch lots of movies, tv and read books.
I especially love it when I see and read about potential unleashed.
