THE INITIAL CONVERSATION
We start with a no-obligations call to understand what you’re navigating. You describe the situation; Siyun asks the questions that help surface what’s actually going on beneath it. At the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer picture of the problem – and whether this is the right engagement to address it. No pressure, no pitch.

DIAGNOSIS & SCOPING
If we’re a good fit, Siyun will map the communication challenge in context – the relationships involved, the patterns at play, the specific outcomes you need to achieve. From this, she’ll propose an engagement structure: how many sessions, what format, and how progress will be measured. Pricing is agreed at this stage.

THE CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT
The work itself varies by engagement. It might involve sessions over several weeks, intensive work around a specific event, help crafting communications for a particular audience, or a combination. All sessions are conducted over Google Meet. In-person sessions are possible if necessary. Between sessions, you have access to Siyun for specific questions that arise in real time.

THE DELIVERABLE
Every engagement ends with something concrete – whether that’s a communication strategy document, a set of scripts for recurring situations, a framework for a specific relationship, or a structured plan for the conversations you’ve been avoiding.
